Frequently Asked Questions

How do I request a custom quote?

You can send your engineering drawings (STEP, IGES, or PDF) along with material, quantity, and tolerance requirements to our email or submit them via the online form. Our engineering team will review the technical details and provide a detailed quotation within 24 hours.

What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?

We support flexible MOQs for business development. For our standard pneumatic fittings and vacuum suction cups, low MOQs are acceptable. For custom CNC hardware or specialized silicone parts, MOQs are determined based on tooling complexity and material runs.

Can you provide 3D samples for validation before bulk production?

Yes. We offer rapid prototyping and sample manufacturing services. Once the initial drawing specs are aligned, we can produce functional samples for your technical and fit-testing validation to ensure zero-defect integration into your automated systems.
